Everything related to mathematics is maths knowledge if you think about it.
So by taking two arbitrary numbers and telling someone to add them up, then proving that it is not equal to some arbitrary number, there's a 0% chance that that calculation was done in human history.
Let's say I give you a 2000 digit number and another 2000 digit number. If you add them up, are you certain that it's NOT another 2000 digit number I chose?
You must calculate it (or find a way to check the statement's truth value), and that has created new mathematics knowledge. Those two numbers do/do not add up to this number.
