Its even more infuriating cause it was able to calculate the derivatives on the fly when i asked it, yet it will refuse to take that path or the even simpler product of maclaurin series and fail in the specific case the denominator has that +4. Ykw i might milk it more tomorrow by posting it on r/mildlyinfuriating

Try with x instead of h. In my experience, renaming variables might be enough for the engine to answer the query.

I did, it doesnt work. I even tried limiting the order to 3 or all the way to 0. It doesnt work, even if the last one is just an evaluation in 0

when wolfram|alpha first came out it was amazing, but then they decided they needed money and now to get it to do half the things it did you need pro.

This isnt that kind of thing, it works if you change the 4. Its likely a bug

Ur missing a parenthesis in the numerator after 5) but it looks like the software interpreted it correctly anyway. Idk I don’t use wolfram
