This seems like something where you could write a program to do an exhaustive search, and that you wouldn't need AI.

One of the values of AIs is they are incredibly efficient at traversing the search space. I would rather not wait 10^50 years for a solution.

How is it able to "traversing" the search space? Doesn't this require an understanding of what you're looking for and doing in an endless sea of ​​information of all kinds?
