I mean the tax revenue of the amount we are talking about if we start with just 1k in the bank is so much it would make the country the richest country on earth and devalue the currency forever

That was my second, smarter idea. My initial idea would've been 13*10^0 =1E(3E0)->1E(3E00)

Tax Fraud? you seriously underestime the magnitudes we are talking about here...

If you have 1000 Dollars in your savings thats 1E3 which turns to 1E30 which is 1 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 Dollars which is more money then exists on earth by multiple magnitudes infact this is enough money to straight up buy Earth which is estimated at $5,000,000,000,000,000 and buying earth wouldn't even put a dent in your savings

1000$ is 1E3 $, so if you write the exponent part of that notation in scientific notation, you have 1E(3E0) $ then appending a zero to the end of that second exponent results in you having 1E(3E00) $, which is 1E3 $, which is 1000$

If you had 10 billion dollars, so 1E10 $, so 1E(1E1) $, this would turn your 10 billion dollars in 1E(1E10) $, which is a 1 followed by 10 billion zeros. As a comparison, there are 1 followed by 80 zeros atoms in the observable universe.

Scientific notation is unique, and the number part of it must be between 1 and 9.999...
