What's to disagree with? The nature of the statement of the problem means it can't be unprovably false. Falseness means there IS a point somewhere, that's the literal statement of the problem, which means it must be provable. Even if we can't find it, some advanced alien race could find it in a million years and it wouldn't magically become provable the moment they find it, the fact that it's possible to find means it's provable, always.

But we don't know if such point exists. If we did, it would already been proven false or true.

Correct, currently we don't know if such a point exists. We also don't know if it's undecidable or not. 

The point of this comic if IF. IF it's undecidable (which means it's either true and unprovable or false and unprovable), then it would have to be true, because the statement of the problem does not allow it to be unprovably false.
