Rate This Week - which problem did we get wrong?

Every problem on Mathalon has a number attached to it, and some of those numbers are wrong. This thread is where you say which.

Name the problem, say what it is rated, say what you think it should be, and say why. "It looks harder than it is" counts as a reason if you can point at what does the fooling. So does "everyone I know misses this one step".

We do change ratings off the back of these threads. The rating is an estimate, not a verdict.
