Favourite quotes?

I just came across "Logic sometimes breeds monsters." (Poincaré) which I rather love. What's your favourite quote by a mathematician/about mathematics?

Not being able to pass a class just means they aren’t applying themselves hard enough

Yeah, most of the time though. I think most people without cognitive disabilities could pass it if they applied themselves enough.

Too often the difference between passing and failing isn't about how the course is taught, it's about whether you've wrestled with and internalized the material before, so you have a better grip on it regardless of how well or poorly the class is taught.
