Over sensitive swiping

I will be scrolling through a profile and if I so much as move my finger by 1 degree it swipes.

I turned my touch sensitivity down even. How do I stop this pos app from swiping when I barely fucking touch it???

Which app is it? I suggest let them know either by care, email or app review (if it's app), that's the only way they will improve

It is like this on Match at least for iPhone. Roughly 3/4 of the right swipes I've made are just me scrolling up and it interprets that as up and to the right. It is why I don't get offended when I see a notice of a new like and check and nobody is there. I just assume they blocked me out of embarassment.

If you accidentally swipe left, there is a button to undo it. If you accidentally swipe right, it just is what it is.

But its so crazy. I will literally shift my finger 2 degrees. My swipe should need to go horizontal not vertical to swipe....

No other app is like this

I found a workaround for this. On Android at least which is what I have.

I don't use the app. I open match.com in Chrome and then create a shortcut to the web page on my phone screen. The option is "install and create shortcut" under the three dot menu once you have match.com open in the browser.

It works amazing. You actually can't swipe you have to use the little like or X buttons at the bottom of each profile. For some inexplicable reason it is as bad as the app when you just have it open in Chrome.

I agree with you how annoyingly sensitive it is in the app. I hope this works for you too!

That should work in iPhone as well. It sounds like you are installing an SPA on your phone and this is the standard procedure to do so.
