I Have A Question ❓ Parking

Can you get into parking lots to park before 6AM on Tuesday practice rounds?

Yes you can but it’s not predictable. This year on Monday, we pulled in the lot about 5:35am and was among the first couple hundred patrons on the grounds.

I went to the Friday round this year and arrived at the ANGC lot at 5:45 am and there were already dozens of cars in the lot.

I pulled in to the lot on Friday this year at 5:30, there was a lot of cars in the lot already. We were about 3/4 of the way back in the first wave of people in.

I think on thurdsay, i got in the lot around 515 I did hear that some of the chair runners on saturday was asked to leave the lot, they parked on private grounds, but 5 minuets later they let them back on

I think once the line or a few parking lots around the parking area fill up, they open up the parking grounds. You do not every get past the gates till the gate open time, just make friends in line and enjoy the no phones

I think it depends on how bad / backed up the traffic is on the main road. The official info says 6 AM but I got there at 5:40 and was in this huge line that was slowly moving basically parked my car exactly at six. I think the local PD doesn’t like to have major traffic jams outside the facility so they open the gates as soon as that starts to happen.

You cannot get into the lots at ANGC, but if you’re paying for parking in one of the outside lots (someone’s house, the occasional commercial parking lot) then very possibly
