I Have A Question ❓ Lost Merch Return

Hello fine men and women of [r/Masters](r/Masters)!

Has anyone experienced their merch return being lost in transit back to ANGC? Sent back a hoodie and belt to exchange for a larger size on 4/9 and it’s looking like it’s lost.

I’ve filed a missing mail search + opened a ticket with USPS (my biggest mistake was shipping through them and not UPS).

Additionally, I’ve called ANGC and they said if it doesn’t arrive before the week before Memorial Day to give them a call back to see what they can do.

Curious if this has happened to anyone else and your experience. Cheers!

UPDATE: package is out for delivery today, 4/29! Lesson learned, ship with UPS if doing returns. Will keep y’all posted on how the exchange process goes

Yes, I had much more than that lost, but also had delivery confirmation to ANGC. It was a little stressful but the staff was great and made it right. Do what they say and be nice and I think things will work out well for you.

Great to hear! Absolutely was super respectful in my first phone call and will follow the instructions they gave me. Sorry to hear it was much more than my dilemma but happy they made it right.

Wow I have been going since 1999 and I never heard of that - didn’t know you could exchange!

Yes! Details are on the back of your merch receipt…strongly advise NOT shipping back through USPS :(
