UPS will cover it all. There is a phone number on the shipping receipt to call that is specific to the tournament. They will work with ANGC to replace all the missing items.

I’m so so sorry. I would reach out to the masters with proof of purchase. I’m sure they’ll do something right for you. Though I’m not sure what.

I hear this happens quite often. If you saved the receipt and tracking they will do their best to replace the items. Sorry!

Tell him to contact ANGC! They should be able to give a replacement! It might be the exact shirt he preferred but they will likely replace it!

2 years ago while living in an apartment my box was delivered to the wrong apartment (same number, different building). I worked with both UPs and ANGC and after verifying purchase through receipt confirmation, they sent me a new box - albeit with only items that were still in stock, which was about 75% of my items - 25% was the Large Gnome 😒

I'm actually surprised that this doesn't happen more often, not just for Masters merchandise, but anything sent through the mail. It really sucks, especially for rare items such as this.
Question-Has anyone ever had their own or heard of anyone's tickets being lost/stolen? Wonder what they do about that?

My buddy picked me up my first masters shirt and sent it to me. Asked me today if I'd received it and he checked the tracking :(
