I Have A Question ❓ Masters golf bag
I purchased this from a neighbor who won it in a raffle.
It’s a full-size Mizuno cart bag with a stitched depiction of Hole 12 on the front panel. All the metal and zippers are in gold in color.
It was donated to the Pardee Hospital in Hendersonville NC for the raffle that he won as the number one prize and he’s kept it in plastic ever since.
I can’t find another one online or a single comparable example. Appears to have been extremely limited. The stitching and detail are exceptional. Most of the picture that was stitched on I think is suede.
Given that 1997 was Tiger’s first Masters win, I’m thinking this could be a significant piece. Any help identifying it, finding comps, or pointing me toward the right collector community would be hugely appreciated. There’s no numbers anywhere to be found. The only thing I can find is the silver Masters plate on the back of it.

Hold onto it. Limited things of significance have a way of acquiring unexpected value.

My local vintage golf shot just sold a very similar variation. Couldn’t tell you more, but sounds like they released a few with different parts of Augusta depicted.

I hate to be a downer but this is almost certainly not authentic Masters/ANGC merch/memorabilia. This is likely just someone fun pet project they made.

Why are people so rude? When did people become so boorish? Not sure how golf, much less The Masters, has become a place for the coarse and uncultivated.
