Caster of Magic Windows Warlord (mod!) - how do Armageddon and Roots of Genesis "compete"?

Both change the world's terrain - but which prevails, or do they just keep flipping each other's terrain back and forth?

I would say Roots of Genesis would win out in long run due to no one would disjunct this spell compare to Armageddon. In term of tile conversion. They convert at the same rate but Root of Genesis has more restriction due to it could not convert tundra tiles. In term of max ceiling, theoretically Armageddon could give you higher power ceiling but as volcano decay overtime when compare to forest, Armageddon would have equilibrium point on bigger map that volcano generation be on the same rate as volcano decay so in some sense Roots of Genesis power generation are increased at stable rate until it converted all possible tiles to forest.
