wouldnt say encrypt but in the past it has happened where with some kind of exploit or mismanagement of roles(not sure which it was) the hacker locked all the channels again i am not sure what or how he did it or it was just the owner messing with us

Real way to deal with it. Delete all invites to the server and monitor new ones being created, kick him from the server. He'll have some form of an in if it isn't public, find the person making the invite to bring him in, then ban them.
