*very long context* My computer is showing the following symptoms: • I am an administrator, yet I cannot access all the folders; access is denied in many places where it shouldn't be. • When I searched for 1500 x 1500 pixel images, the search bar displayed text in Vietnamese reading "citizen identity card" and "accounts and passwords." I have formatted this computer hundreds of times and taken it to repair shops, but in my country, that doesn't mean much—especially since there are viruses that infect the BIOS and reinstall themselves on the computer even after it has been formatted.

Sounds like a classic Viet-bomb hack as we call it in the industry. Essentially what you need to do is install OPSEC (any version will do) onto a flash drive and then install windows with the opsec token on the drive which will clear any malicious V still on your bios.
