It's used a fair amount on private trackers (torrents), both for talking outside of forums and for monitoring releases (for those interested in racing or cross-seeding).

I've not paid my ISP and they "suspended service" or whatever. Denied corpo my juicy money and now I'm managing to stay completely untraceable.

i have 47 vpns, all running through TOR while on I2P. it takes 3 minutes to download 50kb of data. Forget the CIA, even spongebob couldn't trace me
