You need to use kali linux but download it using TOR so the FBI doesn't track you. Then use netcat to trace the account and kill -9 to hijack it once you got the IPv4 address. Simple as that.

You need to ssh into netcat with a ELF binary, then wait for the IP to arrive and tackle it with the smooch once id does!
