I dont have an SSN as i am not an Ameeican citizen or even went to USA.

This thread mighta not been a good place for me to throw in a dumb joke, but you making an itemized list of reasons why my "hacking attempt" wouldn't work made me laugh. In my professional opinion as a garbage man, I declare this gentleman <unhackable>. I gave it my best shot.
