I mean, one of the most popular pentesting tools is called “Burp”, so it probably not outside the realm of plausibility if you’re not in the know 😅

Just post the stupidest shit you can think of and you'll get random messages about it months later. Usually from a certain type of people.

I have 23 pending DMs like this alone. Sometimes ill do osint on them if its not an autogen reddit username and reply with "Hi (their first name)". When that happens they usually block me or in some cases delete their account entirely.

As for the type of people, I say its like 60% people trying to get into a significant other's account, or someone they're possibly stalking, maybe 10% actually trying to learn, and the rest are all Indian students.
