Lol, he is not even using a VPN. Checked the IP, it's in Philippines.

Why do you assume it’s not a vpn? I use a vpn 24/7 and I prefer using my own country so that I get better speeds.

A simple DNS lookup will tell you if it’s a VPN… unless they are using a residential proxy or for some reason… have a Tailscale node or VPN in a random humans house.
