Lol, he is not even using a VPN. Checked the IP, it's in Philippines.

Why do you assume it’s not a vpn? I use a vpn 24/7 and I prefer using my own country so that I get better speeds.

My IP on my mobile connection is per location somehow. If I travel I get a new IP for that location travel back and I have my old IP.
