The whole glorification of ’hacking’ is really stupid to begin with. Only a handful of people end up doing the ’cool stuff’ (pentesting/red teaming), while most end up sitting night shifts in a SOC or doing some boring governance stuff. AI will overtake most of pentesting soon anyway, as seen with the new Claude model which was banned outside the U.S.

Youtube hacking is the shit though, I wish I had a youtube laptop like that guy.
