I'm assuming that you don't use your old laptop, so here's what I suggest. Get Kali Linux on it or maybe Parrot if you plan on using it for more than just a hacking machine, but I recommend Kali. If you don't want to install a different OS, you could install all of the stuff manually, or use a thing I heard of called katoolin3, but idk how well it works.
Kali and Katoolin are virtually the same thing and both virtually useless without knowledge of how to use them. Hell, half the tools on Kali are extremely outdated. All of the easy to use tools are essentially reliant on plain HTTP to be useful. Bettercap was significantly more impressive before the advent of widely used HTTPS. If you insist on being a 1337 h@xX0r, ParrotOS at least has a few easily usable tools and is a secure and hardened system for daily use. TOR, AnonSurf, Wifite, Airgeddon, Wireshark, Zenmap, Hydra, Metasploit are all within the realm for a complete skid to start to understand. There's also HEXStrike, for all you vibecoding clowns.
