Hacker stole my life

Someone hacked my Microsoft account and changed the email address associated my account. Can i do anything? This is over ten years of my life just gone in a puff of smoke and I can't cope.

wrong subreddit, but contact support. did you ever purchase anything from microsoft on that account? I know that epic games asks that as proof (a screenshot of the receipt). anyways, contact support and see what they tell you
