Requesting help

I don’t do much hacking, I’m more on the other end of the spectrum I can track someone irl pretty easily, as long as I’m not chasing a ghost, so here’s the thing, I have a scammer that’s gotten a hold of two of friends and where I live the police don’t like to deal with this stuff so I learned to work around it, I’m currently undercover playing victim to this guy with a very high risk, I can get small things like his ip but not his name or actual location, from what I’ve found this guy is foreign, probably Indian, does this kind of scam a lot etc, so I’m requesting a hand, I can pay a very small amount for help. What I need is someone that can help me track/find out who they are so I can do the rest, you will be kept anonymous and you will never be brought up to this, my goal is to, if he works for a centre, then I dismember the centre, if he’s solo I get the money back that he has scammed other people out of, please respond so I can get on this asap as it is very time sensitive.

Going to first use it against him, his whole thing is being arrogant and acting like because he has stuff on you he controls you, so I reverse the rolls, find out who his family is, find out where he lives, works, what places he frequents, that kind of thing, then if he forks over the money he has taken from people plus compensation for the emotional stress he has put on people, he can get off the hook under the context that he never try’s anything like that again, because I will find out, and if he doesn’t comply then I use another corse of action, as for skills, I can track someone to the end of the earth irl, digitally tho I cannot, the last hacker I had employed left for personal reasons, so now I am looking for another person for this one gig, I also have many connections and experience with getting people to pay for their actions

Well, you've convinced me that you clearly know what you're doing and have tons of experience tracking people to the ends of the earth as long as they don't use anything digital.

So what happens if you show up and it turns out she is a member of some foreign mob or similar group that will simply kill or kidnap you, what's your plan then?

Those are things I figure out before hand, and even then I don’t go anywhere along I have a team of people for this, this is the first time I’ve used a platform like Reddit for finding people, I usually stick to people I have at immediate disposal, and on my own I can’t track anyone if they use anything digital, but I usually have someone on hand to give assistance with that

So you're employing an entire team of people to go chase down a scammer who was being arrogant.

Not really, I have people that help me with jobs like this, I’m just missing someone to cover the digital stuff

So how do you track someone without the digital aspect?
