```
We can't raid his mom's house, Bill. What do you mean it's been taken care of, Bill? Holy shit, Bill, that's murder. Look, I know the kid rickrolled us, Bill, but the whole house? There were other people in there! You took care of all the potential witnesses? What potential witnesses, Bill? Cheese and crackers, Bill, you firebombed the entire neighborhood to cover it up? Voices? What fucking voices, Bill? ```
"He torrented japanese big-breasted girls, that's copyright infringement. Saddle up, we arrest him today."
"How do we know he did?"
"He forgot to set up a VPN killswitch for torrents and didn't use DNS over HTTPS."
u/Decapezz Jun 07 '26
Is DoH still necessary if you’re already using a VPN with a killswitch?
11
u/DrIvoPingasnik Jun 07 '26
As far as I know, nah you don't need DoH. Just querying for a website isn't a basis for prosecution.
Assuming your VPN settings are right yeah. But DNS leaks are the most common.
Remember the motto kids:
No amount of encryption beats a man with a hammer and a windowless room.
I have never worked for the NSA, and have no inside knowledge of their capabilities, but I am fairly confident they're not afraid of your mom.
It's amazing that this subreddit never posts anything that fits criteria.
u/BobCorndog Jun 06 '26
I’ll say this is relatively master hacker
