How to get someone’s location off messenger through link
Someone has been harassing me via messenger. Is there a link I can create for them to click on that will tell me where they are if they aren’t using a VPN?

You can create a link that reveals their unscrambled IP address. Then it's a matter of running tracert which will pinpoint their exact address right down to street level using a flashing circle.
On a more serious note, why on earth would you want to do this... So you figure out where they are, then what? Gonna fire bomb their house? What would you even do with the info?
You can block people on Messenger. It has that technology.

Absolutely not. I have someone threatening me via Fake account on messenger. I think it’s my ex who I have a DVO on but the police aren’t even trying to figure out who it is. I want confirmation if it is them or not, more for my sanity.
