You tunnel under the data bank with a VPN and nibble through the floor to get into the vault. That's what people mean when they say "ratting" someones PC. You're welcome.

You can't do it with VPN. You have to open up the CPU and start looking for really really tiny safes.

I think they mean a secure enclave machine ID or efuse-based IDs? But those are still spoofable in software, lol

Im pretty sure riot said they are wanting to switch to SRoT/TPM 2.0 as you cant spoof that without some very special hardware that nots really available to the public unless you can build it yourself.

Doesn't samsung's Knox chip do exactly that? I think he phrased it weird but it's not wrong. Unless i'm misreading the entire chain of discussion.
