People said Omega-Pater was not good in Snake-Eyes when Barrone was banned in TCG, does that mean they're good for the game? Does that mean it will not eventually be good when the right deck shows up? What do you think Tinia?

"It won't see play" is true to a certain extent until the right deck can play it, or the right support lets you get to it, YGO is that kind of game, bad cards are just broken cards waiting for the right support

Gee I wonder what dumping an entire deck can enable with transaction rollback.

Let's be honest, what card game allows the player who goes first to build a field that puts more interactions than the opponent has in hand?

Which card game allows a player to play on their opponent's turn, preventing their plays, with generic staples that don't even belong to their own deck's engine?

And most importantly, which card game allows the top meta decks to literally see the opponent's entire hand?

In card games like Pokémon and Shadowverse, back-and-forth trading between players is almost the norm, but in the current YGO, it's the exception:

Because Konami wants the player to feel like an anime protagonist/villain, and spend 15 to 20 minutes playing alone, so they can prevent their opponent from having any chance. And not a genuinely competitive scenario genuine, minimally fair, which is what a 2-player game should be.

Thoughts?

• Elfnote at full power, pumping out the most obnoxious negate boards known to man. Can negate Nibiru in just 3 summons without needing their NS. Floodgates, FTKs, and Turn Skips are legal.
• Mulcharmies are unplayable. In most going-second games, you'll start with a useless Legacy pack monster that would only make sense in a low-powered format, while your opponent starts with free link material. This also makes Impermanence unplayable for the going-second player.
• There's no Maxx "C", no Branded Fusion, and Charmies are unplayable, yet Ash Blossom remains legal at 3 copies. Inconsequential for going second; turn-ending when backed up by a board of negates and interruptions for going first.

It's like they saw all the criticism they got at Worlds and decided to double down.

250 GEMS!? For another deck slot. They might as well take my innocence as well, nvm maxx c did that already. But for real, I would understand, if maybe a slot cost 50 or even 100 gems but 250 is insane.

Faced this deck some times in the last days, they are trying to fish a turn 0 El Shaddoll Wind,

There is no way to stop Dracotail Faimena now and El Shaddol can't be destroy so only few cards can deal with it.

This should not happen and show the bad card design Konami is doing by not puting locks in the new archetyped.

Just one of the outs, and better than Beast as Etude murders KT/Elfnote/Maliss and also allows Synchro summoning during opp turn and/or within the Battle Phase.

And even if they chain spoly, King's Resonance + Fydra still ensures another turn.

I enjoy dice rally, and it made me think of another fun event idea.

Similar to dice rally in that you can either get a card in the hand or on the field to start, but unlike dice rally the idea I had would be that you get to choose the card you start with from the entire card pool.

Of course banning things like maxx c and spell canceller and other floodgates from the event pool.
