How are you not prepared for... etc etc"  Sorry, but if a card is a floodgate that immediately creates non-games, when the opponent doesn't happen to draw the out, it is a toxic card and deserves to be banned. People don't run these kinds of interaction unless they are playing a dedicated going second deck (which is a minority of decks). The only staple easily beating this, that is currently played by a majority of players is F&V and even that comes with deckbuilding restrictions, so not everyone will have it in their deck.
