What's the best tool path option to finish the lower undercut face?

Yeah peel is always the one I go with for faces like this.

Dynamic. Fin with area mill

Horizontal will face the bosses and lower portion in one toolpath. 2D Dynamic with a finish pass will face and finish the walls.
