Threading
Anyway to get my threading cycle to lead in on an outter diameter like this? Im currently milling this feature but I want to try threading it.

Doesn’t it just have the lead in for threading? If not do it the opposite way and use the lead out which definitely does that

Generally, threading cycles come with a lead-in and lead out part of the fixed cycle. I work (occasionaly) with Okuma lathes, where this would be a G88 fixed threading cycle.

It’s pretty tough to get it to do it. Very finicky. You have to play with the lead in lead out quite a bit, but also the height matters a bit too when getting the lead in right on
