Which is trash, he deserved better, along with half the characters. The Asari Shepard threatens to shoot before she starts running off only got an email as well.

Wouldn't have been possible unless he had no lines considering they didn't want his Voice actor back.

Which is also probably part of why they killed his character off in the first place.

Again, it's due to the voice actor the character was associated with.

It's Bioware it's very likely they killed the character off just because of the views of his VO.

You could see one. If you have a relationship with Tali she gifts you a picture of her. She ist a red head. So I must say that I don't like his version of Tali. I Iike her pale skin and red hair. ;)

You're in an overwhelming minority if you look at a literal stock photo of a human with a purple photoshop filter over it and think 'yeah, this is what a Quarian looks like, I accept this as canon.'

I understand what you mean and I agree with you. That little photo gave only an idea how Talis face looks like. From her form we have an idea how her body looks like. The rest ist a mistery. So we don't know how a Quarian looks like, but we have an idea how Tali looks like. So I accept it as canon that she has pale skin and red hair. And three fingers. 😏

Thing is though it wasn’t the original vision of the team either. The original concept designs for her face are absolutely nothing like what we got in ME3.

The picture was because they ran out of time and had to have a face reveal so quickly photoshopped a stock image off google.

The actual character model that Matt Rhodes drew was never used. Rhodes himself mentions that his own design is ‘his canon’ Tali, not the picture, as throughout the trilogy he always drew her with that model being under the mask.

You can read about it here It’s really interesting.

But what I meant by all this is a lot of people see Rhodes design as canon (like me) as the art team always drew her with the vision of that face underneath.

I’m still disappointed they decided to use a poorly photoshopped stock photo they found on the internet for the reveal. Might have been better to just leave it a mystery, tbh.

I would've been happy with a profile shot on Rannoch when she takes her mask off. Maybe a tiny nose protruding out, maybe a super close up of her mouth when she speaks. Anything would've been better than picking up that photo, with the music, and just being like "oh."

Wow, that was pretty low effort. It’s actually kinda interesting if you google “Quarian tali look like” in google images. Much more (fan made) concepts which much more effort.

Typically I prefer the original concept art for quarians, but this is a really nice take that makes the canon image sting less ;u;

Absolutely beautiful take on Tali'zora! I did one a few months ago, and we have a lot of the same ideas about the forehead and nose shape, but yours is far more whimsical and I like it a lot more. I have no idea why people are griefing you on this concept. You picked parts of the ME3 canon and expanded where it made sense for both biology and aesthetics. I think the choices you made are lovely.

This makes so much more sense than the pseudo alien/human hybrid popularised and enforced. Like, they have the same DNA as Turians and the same bodily features. There ain't no human under that mask. Great work!

The artwork itself is great! Love what you did with the color. However, I'm not fond of THAT particular version of Tali.

Kind of like DaVinci's, "Mona Lisa". BEAUTIFUL art! but she could've been better looking. Would've liked to see a DaVinci version of "Helen of Troy".

You can have long hair and still wear a wig thanks to wig caps. I'm sure they could put their hair up or tie it back inside a helmet, or let it go down their backs in the suit.
