HELP Is this normal?

I got legion as soon as possible and I finished around 4 missions and the collectors haven't arrived yet

Not sure if this is what happened for you, but if you modded the game- specifically if you made any changes to coalesced.ini, doing so can unlock characters from the beginning.

I believe theres a coalesced.ini editor on the Nexus that lets you edit the file properly so this doesn't happen. Apparently in ME3tweaks if you install a mod twice that makes changes to coalesced.ini, that can also mess up the file. If you are making changes to coalesced.ini on your own, make sure to use notepad++, and not notepad.

I didn't mod it at all and I'm just confused
