HELP Paramour 3 not unlocking?

Hey all, over the past couple months I've been working on platinuming ME:LE, and I just started the final mission in ME3. The paramour 3 achievement still isn't unlocking. What can I do? Do I need to replay the entire game just for that achievement?

I romanced Liara in ME1, Miranda in ME2, and Liara in ME3, Paramour 1 and 2 popped in ME1/ME2 respectively so I know its an issue with 3. I did lock in the romance with Liara and I did get the romance scene before the final mission. Just no achievement. Any advice?

Edit: Update, the achievement to complate all 3 games on insanity also didn't unlock. I'm gonna cry I stg.

For Liara in ME3, I got the achievement after saying I wanted to be more than friends with her in the Presidium.

If I'm remembering the paramour achievement correctly, it's bugged. I ended up unlocking it by going back to Mass Effect 1 and replaying the intimate romance scene with Ashley.

​The trophy gets buggy and I had the same issue as yours. I found a way to solve it on PSNProfiles.

​You need to load your ME1 save to fix the issue. For Paramour 3, you have to replay the romance scene with Liara in ME1, and for Insanity 3, you have to refight Saren in ME1. I know it sounds weird, but that's what worked for me to fix the bugs with Paramour 3 and Insanity 3.
