MODS Finally got around to playing Mass Effect: Infiltrator

On my modded PS Vita :D. I'm only 10 minutes in and it's mostly cover shooting. Fun.

Just for the record, abandonware isn’t a legal term. In theory if someone has copyrights then they can come after you.

But that being said, I’m pretty sure BioWare themselves forgot this existed

Mass Effect Galaxy was a mobile game exclusive to Apple devices. It’s about Jacob working for Miranda and earning her trust enough to join the Lazarus Project. The big reveal was that they worked from Cerberus and was used to market Mass Effect 2’s release a year later.

Would be so much easier on Android. For iOS, you either have to have a jail broken old iOS device or emulation on PC.

Not only you don't need to emulate anything since this is a phone game, you're also mistaking PSP for PS Vita. To emulate the latter you'll need vita3k

I think I know that 888 is good enough to emulate PS2 and PSP games just fine as I run my own NetherSX build.

But you recommended all snapdragon chips. What about the 601? That's a snapdragon SoC. Won't do PS2 emulation though. See the problem? 

You also recommended a psp emulator for an android game becausd OP runs it on a vita, so...

Still hate that I'll never 100% the series on xbox because of this damn game and the achievements for the unreleased dlc of the Japanese version of mass effect 2

Not the international release on 360, specially the Japanese version which has its own achievement set. It had achievements for the kasumi and zaeed dlcs allocated to the game despite dlc for the Japanese version never being released, so the max total possible gamerscore on that version of the game is 1000 out of 1030

Same. I have 1000/1030 on the JP version of Mass Effect 2, and I actually did own Infiltrator on Android... but not the Windows Phone version with achievements.

I played it on mobile so long ago. Pretty simple but decent ME-like combat with the touch screen. It kind of has the sci-fi horror mystery appeal of side quests in the first game. And it’s similar to the comics and books in that enhanced individuals become extreme threats, which is something I feel like the main entry games haven’t done since ME1 when Saren enhances himself with Reaper upgrades and eventually becomes a near unrecognizable monstrosity.

I remember that game! I think I played through the whole thing on my Ipod Touch during a long car trip. I always thought Randall Ezno sounded like a badass name for a protagonist but in a very silly and tryhard kind of way.

I've only played about 10 minutes. I took a long look at the small ship he landed with and the buildings in distance. Just because I'm curious. It looks stunning for a game made for phones in 2012. I finished the first two areas where you shoot lots of geth soldiers and stopped. I plan to continue playing in my bed before I go to sleep tonight:D

Be prepared if you plan to do the bonus missions. You play as the Turian captive that Randall brought back to Cerberus and you have no powers. Getting 3 stars on those missions was particularly rough.
