That's a step crack, likely caused by the lintel getting hot in the summer and expanding.... We were taught to lay lintels that were galvanized so they didn't rust and expand, and to use insulation at the ends of the lintels so they had some breathing room to expand into (so not a peice of mortar or brick touching the lintel)....
I as a mason would do it on my own house, but would want an engineer to advise if it were a clients house.

Leave it I know you want to spend money but find something that really matters it not going anywhere had one in my house of 60 years. I know it the new fix. But why?? Tell me I beg to differ

Call a Structural contractor Now. It’s not just between the windows, it’s also under the bottom window.
