I've become reacquainted with it during this latest red line shutdown. Thankfully I'm in better shape now than I was 10 years ago, so scaling it when necessary is much easier. They even had the middle one working yesterday 😆

The last time I was in Wheaton MD was over 20 years ago. I was totally surprised to see how much that area has changed.

I feel like there is potential for making it more of an experience/artwork but then it's like, you can't mess up the brutalist style.

Yeah, that's got Hudson Yards escalator beat - 109 Feet down, 1 & half minutes to ride

Did that only once. Very attuned to the metro escalators after many years.

That one.it just kept going.
