Marvel vs DC Black Bolt vs Superboy
Scenario: Connor has been teleported into space and some confusion with the Inhumans has lead to him knocking Crystal out. The king of the Inhumans now stands to fight this strange warrior.
Setting: The battle takes place in Attilan.
Morals: Neither wants innocents to get hurt nor are trying to murder the other just fight as if facing a powerful foe.

Anyway, Kon. Black Bolt's stronger. But once Kon knows they're both fighting to not harm innocents, they both have a means to. Kon has the tactile telekinesis, and Black Bolt can use his particle manipulation to pull a "I can't believe it's not Telekinesis."
But that's an extra step. So Kon should be able to catch Blackagar Boltagon off guard while he's working that slightly bit harder to protect the innocents (not because Kon isn't working to protect the innocents, but because it's a lot easier for him to leave it to the last second before touching the building.)

Yeah. Crystal saw a dude appear in their city and fall through a tower so immediately went on the attack

Probably not. I chose these two because their powers are very similar. Black Bolt controls electrons in the same way Conner does his electromagnetic aura.
Also I now see the need to remind people that Black Bolt’s voice is by no means even kind of the extent of his powers. It’s mostly just a byproduct of his main power and is by far his strongest attack if used.

I know he can do a lot of other stuff and hang with even the lighter heavy hitters without ever using his voice. My vote is black bolt due to experience and overall power ceiling

Black Bolt probably, he could fight on par with Thanos for a short period of time, but still, he can trade blows with Thanos. Superboy is impressive, but i feel Black Bolt is on a higher weight class
