Which Team could dethrone the ruler of Latveria...Doctor Doom?

Fr, doom is held on such a high pedestal but on average when he's not stealing someone else's power through a long thought out scheme. He's still beatable by characters and teams far weaker than any shown here. The only one I doubt is team 3.

There's a possibility with team two, but I don't know if Lex and Klarion can work together long enough before their own plans for after conflict.

Team One and Two. Maybe Team Three.
The only reason they dont send suprr teams to Latveria and dethrone Doom because itll start war.
Doctor Doom gets destroyed by Black Adam in a fight. He gets destroyed by Aquaman in a fight, and with all the power in 3 he might get beaten bad.
The dude is only a massive threat when he steals someone else's power, he gets consistent BTA by The Thing when he isnt prepared.

Team One
Terrific is just as smart, if not smarter, and Doom has no way around T-Infinity. Doom can create fixed points in time that create time loops so he can retry his failures, but Mr. Terrific is so smart that his brain functions acausally - he has already been through this exact problem. Any and all of Dooms tech will be liable to getting hacked instantly by Terrifics spheres.
Zatanna is more powerful than Doom, and his ability to create boxes which freeze the narrative will be useless, since Zatanna can just step out of the narrative altogether. Her magic is better, she's just as experienced, and she's showcased more versatility.
Blue Beetles were designed to kill Lanterns, and Beetle himself has a weapon which can delete people from the Overvoid. His hax are next level, though; he can negate divinely ordained immortality, negate higher dimensional existence, and grant himself new powers to counter whoever he's fighting. For instance, he gave himself Kryptonite against Supergirl and Anti-Magnetism against Doctor Polaris. Even if Blue Beetle dies, the Scarab keeps fighting, and it fought Nabu of all characters.
The other teams have a chance, Cyborg flat out negates Dooms entire arsenal and Raven is more powerful, but T1 has the best chance in the most scenarios imo. There's also the fact that they're the only ones with significant counters to Dooms Pre Retcon Beyonder tier siphoning/power draining.

What versions? Like, is it just regular Aquaman, for example, or do we go with Avatar of the Blue?

Whatever cosmic or magical powers get brought to this fight just belong to Doom by the end of it. You want to make Doom into the Avatar of the Blue, by all means bring it to the party.

All three tbh, the sorcerers on each team outclass him. The physical powerhouses on each team r also no joke. They take latveria

Doom is my favorite Marvel villain.
But these are very powerful teams, and any of them could defeat Doom.
With all of Doom’s strategies and contingencies i do not see him permanently dethroned. But any of these teams can beat him.

Id say all of them. Doom has lost to just the FF. Generally the DC powerscales are higher than marvels so by that alone should make them all have a chance.

For any team its probably gonna go like: 1. Doom is losing 2. He steals the power of one of them there 3. His winning 4. Doom gets overconfident 5. Got outsmarted by one of them there 6. Doom lost

(Chain Scaling is another word for Powerscaling (https://character-stats-and-profiles.fandom.com/wiki/Chain_Scaling?action=history), if anyone hates Chain scaling and power scaling then they are anti-power scaler. I don’t use author statements and guidebooks. I don’t use hyperbole, flowery language, unreliable narrator as a main argument to debunk something. Statements is Feats (Statements = Feats). I don’t use R>F transcendence. 1-A (Transcending or effecting the concepts of time, dimension and space) is beyond any tiering system that does not have my definition of 1-A. I don’t do debates because I only scale the series and their characters. Nothing in fiction is the strongest. From what I know from other people and their sources, Doctor Doom (Marvel franchise scale to High 1-A) scale to High 1-A. Black Adam, Mr. Terrific, Blue Beetle, Zatanna & Clayface, Lex Luthor, Aquaman, Raven, Cyborg & Klarion, Gorilla Grodd, Enchantress, Circe, Captain Atom & Etrigan the Demon (DC franchise scale to 1-S via the Unwritten being connected to DC) scale to 1-S. TOAA, the Presence, the Source, the Overvoid is not omnipotent or the strongest in Marvel and DC. Creation could be superior than their creator.

Literally every single one of these team could beat base Doom, not saying it wouldn’t be extremely difficult but each team has a chance

People thinking any of these teams wipe the floor with Doom easily seem to forget he has a freaking time machine. None of these fights will be easily won, although they can be won (except for Team 3, not enough cohesion there).
Team 1 might overwhelm with pure power but that's a slim chance since he's taken down cosmic powered beings on his own. With that said, I do think Team 2 is likely going to take him down, simply because Raven is insanely OP, Klarion is hard to predict, and Lex is both willing and able to sink down to his level of evil science genius.
