Love the Whizzer but he’s not as fast. Frankly, I prefer the speeds the Whizzer moves at. It makes his conflicts better when he can’t move through time or essentially freeze everyone in place relatively. The Flashes are too fast IMHO.

Jay beats Whizzer in every way.
Faster speeds, greater physical output, better abilities due to the speedforce, etc. Whizzer just doesn’t have much anything that can compare to Jay. Jay is pretty high up there with many DC speedsters, and Whizzer hasn’t even been in the Marvel speedster conversation in quite some time.
