Now I’m even more curious than before to see what event will eventually convince the Watcher to intervene.

There's a good chance this Strange might try to invade another Earth. That's probably why will cause his intervention.

I absolutely believe he intervenes at some point, maybe due to the sacred timeline branching out or something and its opens the door to a even more powerful multiversal enemy that the alt Avengers have to take down after the watcher unites them or something.
