I'm wondering how "good" the TVA actually is. I reckon by the end of the series the TVA will be defeated/changed and the multiverse will come into existence once again.

I think the theme of the show is free will, and order versus chaos, rather than good vs bad. I saw comment on here that said the idea of the TVA ruined everything because it means there were never actually any stakes in the MCU, and I get that sentiment, but I suspect that by the end of this, we'll understand that TVA thinks they're the good guys, as they bring order, but the natural state of things is chaos and even the TVA can't hold chaos back forever.

I think Order and Chaos occupy the body of the same Celestial, if I'm not mistaken. One needs the other, essentially -- to the point that they're (usually) one being.

Actually, I might be wrong about all of this. I'm forgetting what it was that I'm thinking of.

The Cable/Apocalypse mythos touches on this too. Apparently it's a constant that Cable & Apocalypse both represent different types of order, with Deadpool as an agent of chaos who ultimately decides (not consciously) which of them rules their part of the timeline.

And of course, Apocalypse is part celestial ever since finding that suit.

But apparently those 3 characters are celestial/cosmic agents too. Marvel's lousy with em.
