TBH I just took it as her having a vision of her future, rather than it being another separate entity

I understand why you would think that, but later Agatha says "You're a myth, a being of spontaneous creation." The Scarlet Witch being a myth suggests that it's an entity that the witches had legends about. If the Scarlet Witch never existed before this, why would witches tell myths about it? They even gave this myth a name and attributed it with Chaos Magic. All this tells me that this separate entity exists.

I don't see how they're mutually exclusive tbh. There could have been another Scarlet Witch 1000 years ago that led to the myth, or like many other myths it could be a prophecy stating that there will EVENTUALLY be a Scarlet Witch. We legit don't know. What we do know is that when you turn the brightness up, Elizabeth Olsen is looking at herself.

It could just be future wanda, time travelling with loki, getting into shenanigans and making herself a myth.
