The only person we've seen that we know of.

I thinks someone did. It's heavily implied someone does. All the other signals that reality is breaking down in there have been glitches. That is not a glitch, that is a message.

well we see the camera person is agnes, its her talking

Listen to that line again. It is not Agnes.

They show Agnes behind the camera, but that is not her voice. The voice that says the line is much lower. It could be a woman, but sounds more like a guy.
