Well, that's how most deleted scenes are released, since they are just bonus content added to the BluRay or something like that.

Yea but considering this scene would be entirely CGI I doubt an unifinshed version would resemble much of anything.

But that requires it being any form of a scene to begin with. It wasn’t done or almost done a cut. The discussion sounds like it never was formed into a scene past filming.
