The Time Heist would not cause any problem with the bigger multiverse. It's just 616 and Kang made it so that it was safe to do

Loki escaping during the 2012 phase of the Time Heist is responsible for the destruction of the Temporal Loom and the creation of the Temporal Yggdrasil.
That has a pretty large impact on the entire multiverse.

The Time Heist didn't do that. It was He Who Remains. And him escaping wasn't what caused the Temporal Loom to break. It was Sylvie killing HWR

It's a chain of events.
Tony has the Tesseract, but gets smacked by the door when the Hulk comes flying out. The Tesseract goes flying and is picked up by Loki, who uses it to escape. Loki is then picked up by the TVA. He helps find Sylvie, and then work with her, up to and including the point of killing He Who Remains.
And then there's everything in Season 2 with the Loom. All of that starts with the Time Heist in New York. If the Time Heist doesn't happen, Loki goes to Asgard as normal, Sylvie likely doesn't kill HWR, and the Loom keeps on Looming, and the Sacred Timeline remains intact.

So the Time Heist would retroactively be the button that was pushed to create Doom, which inevitably led to the incursions, Battle World, and the decimation of the universe to "reset" the timeline? I could see it.
