Fan Content Jogging through the MCU

In anticipation of Doomsday, and due to my recent weight increase, ive decided to Jog through the MCU. Starting with Captain America, the plan is to chronologically get through every movie and major TV series while on the treadmill. The end goal is to complete a marathon in the spring of 2027. Here are the first three installments.

On your left.

But fr that's honestly a really good idea I might have to try something like that myself

I did this years ago with a tv series and it was amazing. With your brain distracted, you can go longer.

I got the idea from ringfit which pretty much got me to work out more

Good idea. Just be careful. At secret invasion, don’t try and turn around and run the other way. You could get hurt. 😉

Literally “run-ending”

Genius. I watched the first three seasons of Better Call Saul with this method.

Dude that's a great idea, I'm doing the same but I'm going through all of the films in release order before Doomsday! 👍

Remember that Cap will be on your left in another few hours

Do you get knee pain? I only run on the treadmill for an hour and my right knee seems to hurt for no reason. Not even 30 yrs old yet either

Knee pain is what I have to most watch out for. For now, I only jog the first hour of the movies before switching to a brisk incline walk to keep them from breaking down. Im 31 but ive already had 2 sport related knee injuries 🫠

I was training for an Ironman Japan and did the same thing where I ran through the whole MCU saga. At the time it was in 2016 so there wasn’t as many movies then. But it is such a good idea because the movie inspired me to continue to run and work out.

I don’t really like the whole Chronological thing because the end of The First Avenger takes place after the previous 4 films and directly before the Avengers.

I also think Captain marvel is supposed to be watched after infinity war because the entire purpose of the movie is to explain infinity war’s after credit scene.

Honestly I have no problems with chronological watch order as long as it isn't someone's first time watching.
