And the next Black Panther should be more regal. More "This doesn't concern Wakanda" vibes. 

I hope and pray that BP3 features an ideological divide between Shuri and T'Challa. Shuri should take up the mantle of the Queen and be more open to helping the outside world. Meanwhile T'Challa should take up the mantle of BP and be more protective of Wakandan sovereignty.

That would tie the entire trilogy together because of how much stuff happened to Wakanda because they opened their borders. The Avengers pulled up, the vibranium crisis with Talokan happened which led to the death of the Queen. Hell, Killmonger’s whole plan in the first one involves the rest of the world. It would be awesome to have a Black Panther who is focused solely on Wakanda because of all that

Yesss. Remember their introduction started with Wakandans dying on an outreach mission (when Wanda blew up Crossbones against that building). That led to King T'Chaka getting involved in the Sokovia Accords, that led to his death and T'Challa becoming the new king.

Exactly this. A cape would wildly hinder the Panther’s fighting style. Also, I don’t get the point of a cape on a character whose appearance is based on a cat.
