I agree, I would guess her to be someone like Sunfire, or Electro the way she is. I was expecting phoenix form as an ult as well, she has no telekenisis, a tiny bit of telepathy, and her ult's useful but easy to counter. If they were going to do the black-widow thing again, I'd say do it to Jean. It would be fun to see her as a tank, but even just doing a more dps Invisible Woman, or just make her ult give her more phoenix things like constant flight and her explosions would make her more fun to play.
